2 and 5RMs (AAPR)

I prefer to be more conservative and record 2 and 5RMs. Plus, I am old so AAPRs (Age Adjusted Personal Records) using something like the Malone-Meltzer Age Coefficients is very good for measuring progress over a lifetime. 



Goals for 2013: 365 x 5, 405 x 2
